Sosyal Yaşam Merkezinden Hizmet Alan Bireylerin Sportif Rekreasyonel Aktivitelere İlişkin Sağlık İnançları
Abstract
It is known that individuals develop preventive health behaviors by participating in sports recreation activities and have high health beliefs in this regard. The purpose of this research is to examine the health beliefs of individuals receiving service from the social life center regarding sports recreational activities. The sample of the research consists of a total of 321 healthy adults who receive sports recreation services from the social life center. In the research, "Personal Information Form" and "Health Belief Scale for Sport Recreational Activities (HBSSRA)", consisting of 5 sub-dimensions and 21 items, were used as data collection tools. The data obtained was analyzed using the Jamovi 2.3.28 program. According to the results of this analysis, between the gender variable and the perceived obstacles sub-dimension; between the marital status variable and perceived barriers and psychosocial benefit sub-dimensions; between the educational status variable and perceived obstacles and self-efficacy sub-dimensions; between the duration of activity variable and perceived obstacles, psychosocial benefit and self-efficacy sub-dimensions; between the variable of membership duration in social facilities and perceived barriers, psychosocial benefit and self-efficacy sub-dimensions; between the variable of frequency of visits to social facilities and the perceived barriers and physical benefits sub-dimensions; between the income status variable and perceived obstacles and physical benefit sub-dimensions; between the swimming activity variable and perceived obstacles sub-dimensions; between the football activity variable and the self-efficacy sub-dimension; between the yoga activity variable and the perceived obstacles sub-dimension; between the fitness activity variable and perceived obstacles and physical benefit sub-dimensions; between the step-aerobic activity variable and perceived obstacles; astatistically significant difference was detected between the plates- zumba activity variable and the self-efficacy sub-dimension. No statistically significant relationship or difference could be detected between the age variable and the ballroom dancing activity variable and the HBSSRA sub-dimensions.
According to the results of the study, it can be said that sports recreational activities participating in the social life center positively affect personal and public health.

4. Intellectual property rights are protected for a certain period of time (70 years for intellectual and artistic works, etc.). Intellectual products have a separate and independent legal status from the material they embody.
5. Intellectual products are regulated within the framework of special laws, statutes and regulations.
