A Study on the Impact of Life Happiness on Job Performance
Abstract
This study investigates whether the life happiness of school administrators has an impact on job performance and whether life happiness shows a significant difference according to demographic factors. In this direction, an application has been carried out for school administrators working in official institutions. The data sets obtained from the research where the survey technique has been used have been evaluated with SPSS package program. As a result of the analyses carried out within the scope of this program; a positive relationship has been found between life happiness and job performance, and it has been determined that a 1-unit increase in life happiness caused a 1,237-unit increase in managers' job performance. However, it has been determined that life happiness showed a significant difference according to education level, age, marital status, income, school type, and tenure.

1. No registration is required for copyright to arise. Rights on intellectual and artistic works arise with the production of the work. Copyrights are abstract. They are intangible goods created by human thought, protected by copyright. Copyrights have a separate and independent existence and legal value from the material in which they are embodied.
2. The principle of territoriality applies to copyrights. In which country the protection is requested, the protection conditions are determined according to the legislation of that country.
3. It has the character of absolute right. Copyrights can be claimed against anyone. However, various restrictions have been imposed on this absolute right for reasons such as the protection of the public interest. Limitations on absolute right: It consists of limitations brought for reasons such as public order, general morality, public interest, and exceptions brought for the benefit of private interest. 4. Intellectual property rights are protected for a certain period of time (70 years for intellectual and artistic works, etc.). Intellectual products have a separate and independent legal status from the material they embody.
5. Intellectual products are regulated within the framework of special laws, statutes and regulations.

Violation of copyrights is a crime as stated in the relevant articles of the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works No. 5846.
